Am waiting for sim card more than 10 days

I am so sorry to hear that you have not received your SIM. In order to get a new SIM card, you can either get one by getting in touch with our customer service team where they will send you a new sim card which will take 2-3 working days to arrive or you can collect one at your nearest curry's store.
