    Congratulations on joining iD Mobile!

     

    Just to check, are you transferring your number from a different network (such as EE, O2, Vodafone, Three, Giffgaff, etc.)?

     

    If so, you'll need a PAC code from your current provider. Once you have it, you can submit it to iD Mobile and we'll transfer your number over from your old network onto your iD Mobile SIM/eSIM.

     

    For your security, please don't post your phone number, PAC code, or any account details on this public forum.
