How long before my mobile number transfers over

    Hi ​@Slotty,

     

    A mobile number transfer will usually complete within 24 hours of the request being submitted.

     

    During the transfer, you may experience some temporary disruption to calls, texts and data. Once the process is complete, your number should begin working on your iD Mobile SIM/eSIM.

     

    If it's been longer than 24 hours since the transfer was requested, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Service Team via Live Chat for an update: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat
