Iv have just order my eSIM 80gb but I don’t know how to get started

Thanks for getting in touch.

To get started, you’ll first need to activate and install your new eSIM using the QR code sent to you by email.

Once your eSIM is active and you have service:

Download the iD Mobile app or visit the iD Mobile website.
Register your account using your new iD Mobile number.
Complete the verification steps provided.
Once registered, you’ll be able to manage your 80GB plan, check your allowances and view your bills.

If you’re also looking to keep and transfer your number from your previous network provider, please let us know and we can advise you on the next steps.

Hello ,thank you for your respond,but I still haven’t received any sim or QR code yet so do I have to wait ?

I’m sorry to hear that you still haven’t received your eSIM QR code.

Rather than continuing to wait, please contact our Live Chat team and request a replacement eSIM. They’ll be able to check your account and assist with getting a new eSIM issued to you.
