Honestly i regret trying to join ID Mobile already, and i havent even recieved all my SIMs yet.

ive ordered 4 SIMS, only 3 have arrived.

i cant call anyone to discuss it, as there are no contact numbers.

i cant get on the chat, as to get past the chat bot, i need a contract, phone number, and last bill amount… all which i dont have yet.

Finally, i found a way after multiple tries, by giving wrong answers, to get through to a person. 1hr later that person ignores me then finishes the chat after going quiet for 30 mins and not being in contact.

 

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME TO TELL ME:

HOW DO I CALL ID MOBILE AS THIS PROBLEM IS HARD TO RECTIFY ON A TEXT BOX?

WHERE IS MY 4TH SIM CARD, AND WHO DO I CALL OR CONTACT TO FIND OUT WHY IT NEVER ARRIVED?

OF THE 3 SIMS I HAVE, HOW DO I KNOW WHICH IS FOR WHICH CONTRACT I SIGNED UP FOR AS THE EMAILS AND THE CONTRACT NUMBERS BARE NO RESEMBLANCE AND ALL ARE DIFFERENT CONTRACTS?

Please check your emails to see if you had 4 separate order confirmations, as it’s likely that one may have not been accepted due to ordering more than one contract in quick succession, hence not receiving the 4th SIM.
