How do I schedule my switching date with my PAC number if I can't login to the app or website

Hi ​@Laurafrankie111,

 

No worries,  you don’t actually need the app or website to complete a PAC transfer.

Once you have your PAC code, you can give it directly to your new network and they’ll let you choose your switch date and arrange everything for you.
 

Before that, here are a few quick things to try if you’re having access issues:

Restart your phone and try logging in again
Clear your browser/app cache or try a different browser
Make sure you’re using the correct email address linked to your account
Try resetting your password if login is failing
Check if you can access the account using mobile data instead of WiFi
 

If you’re still unable to log in, no problem, you can still:

Contact your new provider and give them your PAC code
They will set the transfer date for you directly
