How do I set up a voicemail PIN?

I have 123, 121 and 07782333123. All three play the 'first, set up your PIN...' recording.

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m sorry you’re having trouble getting your voicemail set up.

 

From what you’ve described, it sounds like your voicemail PIN has not yet been fully completed, which is why you’re still hearing the initial setup message when calling 123, 121 or your own number.

 

Please follow these steps to correctly set up your voicemail PIN:

  1. From your iD Mobile handset, dial 123
  2. When prompted, select the option to set up your voicemail PIN
  3. Choose a 4–10 digit PIN (avoid simple sequences like 1234)
  4. Re-enter the PIN to confirm
  5. Follow the prompts to complete your voicemail setup and record a greeting if required

If the system keeps looping back to the same message, please try the following:

  • Restart your handset
  • Ensure you are connected to the iD Mobile network (not WiFi calling only)
  • Try again after switching Airplane Mode on/off

If it still does not progress past the setup message after this, please contact us via Live Chat or direct message on social media and we can reset the voicemail provisioning on your account.
