How to confirm my contract went through?

I took out a new contract last night and received the contract PDF after entering my bank details. However, when I checked my email, it said I still need to complete my transaction and that I have something in my basket. I’m hesitant to try again in case it creates a second contract.

How can I confirm if it has actually gone through? I received a “thank you” message after submitting my details and the contract, so surely it was successful?

I understand your concern about whether your new contract has gone through, especially after receiving conflicting messages.

If you received a “thank you” message and the contract PDF after submitting your details, this usually means your order was successfully processed. The email about something still being in your basket can sometimes be a delay or system glitch.

To be absolutely sure, please check your iD Mobile account online or in the app your new contract and order status should be visible there. If you don’t see it or are still unsure, please contact our sales team on 0800 049 0250 or send us private message on our Socials on (Facebook or Instagram), Live Chat, Community or email us at socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk, we will confirm your order status and ensure no duplicate contracts have been created.
