How to enter a PAC after joininh ID Mobile?

Switching from GiffGaff due to poor signal in my area. Signed up to ID without a PAC but want to keep my previous number. I opted for an e-sim which is activated. On sign in I cannot get past the ‘give us some details about you’ page. It wants an ID phone number which I do not have and it rejects me because it doesn’t recognise either a blank box or my existing number…so I cannot get to the menu that lets me enter the PAC. I now have. Going round in circles and getting a bit hacked off…
