How do I keep my phone number the same on sim only pay monthly plan when I have already ordered the e sim

To help point you in the right direction, could you let us know if you're an existing iD Mobile customer or if you're joining us from another network?

If you're already with iD Mobile, the only way to keep your existing number is by upgrading on the plan that currently has your number attached. Unfortunately, iD Mobile doesn't support internal number transfers between two iD Mobile plans.

If you're joining us from another network, you can keep your number by providing a PAC from your current provider.
