how to swt up an account without an id phone number

I don’t have an id phone number yet so

i cant set up an account. How do I switch over using a PAC if it wont let me sign into my account to do so

Thank you for reaching out.

If you don't have access to your iD Mobile account yet, that's completely fine. When joining iD Mobile and keeping your existing number, you can provide your PAC code during checkout when placing your order. Alternatively, once you've received and activated your iD Mobile SIM, you can submit your PAC using the Switch to iD service.

If you're unable to create an account because you don't yet have an iD Mobile number, please ensure you've received and activated your iD Mobile SIM first. Once activated, you'll have a temporary iD Mobile number which can be used to register for an account and complete the number transfer process.
