I have pre ordered a new phone, and selected eSim - it should arrive soon. 

I want to keep my old number and have my PAC ready - it was not possible to submit this at checkout for a pre-order 

I understand I need to go into my ID account to submit my PAC, but at the moment I cannot fully create an ID account without an ID phone number.

So my question is, do I need to install the eSim on the new phone FIRST, in order to get an ID phone number, then finish creating my ID account in order to submit my PAC to bring across my old number and replace my new ID phone number
