I can’t send or receive texts or make phone calls outside of my home

Is it working now? We experience a short outage yesterday for a few minutes

Or try to reinsert your SIM or try your SIM in another phone. This will determine whether the issue is with handset its SIM card itself.

If the issue persists, please try the following steps for iPhone:
iPhone (iOS) – Reset Network Settings
Go to Settings → General.
Tap Transfer or Reset iPhone.
Tap Reset.
Select Reset Network Settings.
Confirm the reset when prompted.
Once complete, return to the home screen and restart your iPhone.
 Samsung – Network Settings
From the Home screen, swipe up to access Apps.
Go to Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks.
Tap Network Operatthat youors.
Turn Select Automatically on or off.

Network settings for Samsung: 
Go to Settings
Tap General management
Select Reset
Choose Reset network settings
Confirm by tapping Reset settings

This has not worked, I still cannot register my number. It is still saying your details do not match our records. Can you please tell me why? This has been happening for 2 weeks, my next step will be to cancel this policy, I need my phone

  • Log in to the iD Mobile app
  • Select Services
  • Choose Add-ons
  • Browse the available add-ons
  • Select the add-on you would like to purchase
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the purchase

You can also purchase add-ons by logging into your account on the iD Mobile website and navigating to the Add-ons section.

 

Please make sure that you only purchase the add-on you require, as add-ons are non-refundable once purchased. We would therefore advise against purchasing multiple add-ons for the same service.
