Try checking your phone’s settings to ensure VOLTE option turned on.

Hi @acrichards

VoLTE is already enabled on your iD Mobile SIM (as this is the type of network 4G uses) and this appears to be a handset problem, as the Google Pixel 3a is on the approved handsets list:-

Using the ‘phone calls’ keypad, type *#*#4636#*#* and then select "Phone Information" …. Is the ‘VoLTE provisioned’ and ‘WiFi Calling provisioned’ flags greyed out?

To see an explanation of this problem and ‘how to fix it’, see this post and how I sorted it with my own phone (SG J4+) that was ‘non provisioned’ for VoLTE even though it was on the compatible handset list:-

I hope that the information helps and points you in the right direction.

If you have any questions then please ask!

Good Luck x
