Question

I can't login to ID mobile to give my PAC code to switch over

Hello,

 

I have just switched over to iD Mobile and I chose to give my PAC code after checkout. However when I try to login to the ID mobile app to give my pac code,  neither my old or new number are recognised so I can’t login to finalise the switchover.
