    Hi @Paulineosborne1965

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear that you're currently unable to make or receive calls. I understand how frustrating this can be.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Check your mobile number

    • Go to your handset's Settings and check the SIM/mobile network information.
    • Confirm that the correct iD Mobile number is showing.
    • If you have a dual-SIM handset, make sure your iD Mobile SIM is selected as the default for calls.

    2. Set your handset to 4G only
4G can provide a more stable calling connection than 5G in some areas.

    For iPhone:

    • Open Settings.
    • Tap Mobile Service/Mobile Data.
    • Select Voice & Data.
    • Choose 4G/LTE.
    • Restart your iPhone and test a call.

    For Android:

    • Open Settings.
    • Tap Network & Internet, Connections, or Mobile Networks.
    • Select Mobile Network.
    • Tap Preferred Network Type/Network Mode.
    • Select 4G/LTE only or LTE/4G.
    • Restart your handset and test again.

    3. Refresh the network connection

    • Turn Airplane Mode on for around 30 seconds.
    • Turn it off and allow a few minutes for the handset to reconnect.
    • Try making and receiving a call again.

    4. Check Call Barring and Call Forwarding
Make sure outgoing or incoming calls haven't been restricted or diverted to voicemail through your handset's call settings.

    5. Check Wi-Fi Calling
If Wi-Fi Calling is enabled, temporarily switch it off and test calls using the mobile network. If there is no improvement, you can switch it back on afterwards.

    6. Test in another location
If possible, try making and receiving calls somewhere nearby. This will help establish whether the issue is specific to your current location.

If you're still unable to make or receive calls after trying these steps, please contact us via Live Chat so we can check your account and network service and investigate this further.
