Hi. How can I keep the same number that I have on three. I did a new contract with ID mobile but without switching. Can I still do in time to switch?

Yes, you can still keep your number from Three by completing a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) transfer, as long as your Three account is still active.
You can easily do this through the iD Mobile App by following the steps below:
How to transfer your number in the iD Mobile app:
1. Log in to the iD Mobile App
2. Go to My Services
3. Select Keep my number
4. Enter your PAC code (which you can get from Three by texting PAC to 65075)
5. Choose the date you’d like the transfer to take place
6. Submit your request
Once submitted, your number is usually transferred within 1 working day.
