I gave my PAC code but i dont have an ID phone number to log in to lrocess my number transfer.

I bought an I’d plan with an iPhone 17, I’m switching from EE but I did not give a transfer date to ID as I wasn’t sure if when things would arrive not the website keeps taking me back to log in as I don’t have an ID mobile phone number so can’t log into my account to process the number transfer.
