I have bought a pay monthly contract and I have not recieved any updates on my order for 4 days

I haven’t received any updates on my pay monthly contract iPhone 17 in 4 days. I don’t know when the estimated delivery / dispatch date is. I haven’t received any emails regarding an E sim. All I have is a confirmation of purchase email. The money I paid up front hasn’t come out of my bank account either so I’m wondering if my order has actually gone through. Can I get some sort of confirmation that my order has been processed?

    Give the sales team a call at 020 7139 1397. They’re open from 9 am to 6 pm and should be able to give you an update on your order.
