i have signed up but not given my pac code to retain my old number

I want to keep my old number but haven’t added my pac code at checkout

When you receive the SIM you are able to process the switch on the app. Please follow the below once you have the SIM:

  • Log in to the iD Mobile app.
  • Go to the 'Plan' or 'Services' tab.
  • Select 'Transfer my number'.
  • Enter the EE phone number you wish to keep.
  • Enter the PAC code you received from EE.
  • Select your preferred switch date.

Important Rules for a Successful Switch

  • The 5:30 PM Cut-off: If you submit your request before 5:30 PM on a working day, your number will usually switch the next working day. If it’s after 5:30 PM (or on a weekend/Bank Holiday), it will take an extra working day.
  •  Keep the iD SIM Active: Make sure you have put your iD Mobile SIM in your phone and registered the app before you try to submit the porting request.
