    Hi @Leonz100

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear that your new SIM isn't receiving a signal or allowing you to make calls. I understand how frustrating this must be, especially as you're able to use mobile internet and the system is showing that the SIM is already activated.

As you've already tried Airplane Mode and removing/reinserting the SIM, please try the following additional checks:

    • Restart your handset and allow a few minutes for the SIM to reconnect to the network.
    • Set your handset to 4G/LTE only and then test making a call.
    • Check that the correct iD Mobile SIM is selected as the default SIM for calls and mobile data if you're using a dual-SIM handset.
    • Check the mobile number shown in your handset's SIM settings and make sure it matches your iD Mobile number.
    • Make sure VoLTE/4G Calling is enabled if this option is available on your handset.
    • If possible, test the SIM in another compatible, unlocked handset. This will help establish whether the issue is with the SIM or the handset.

As the SIM is showing as already activated, please don't request another SIM activation repeatedly, as this could cause further issues.

If you're still unable to make calls or receive a signal after completing these checks, please contact us via Live Chat. Our team can complete the necessary security checks, check the SIM activation status and investigate the service further.

We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work to get your service connected.
