i ordered a phone last night through carphone warehouse

Hi I ordered a phone last night via carphone warehouse through id mobile. I recieved one email to say the order is being processed and nothing since. I have recently had a missed call from 0116 489 0020 in Leicester. This number is coming up as a mobile scam and not to answer on google. I have not had any emails from carphone warehouse since last night and I’m aware their customer service number is not this number so I have not called back due to fear of it being a scam. I have also not recieved any other emails from last night or from carphone warehouse to contact them. As I’m sure if that was them calling me, they would have emailed me by now to contact them. Can you please confirm this as this number says online not to answer, it’s a scam. Seeing as I have had no emails to contact them also I am worried to answer or call that  number  back

I would advise to ignore any calls that you believe are not from iD Mobile.

For your own peace of mind you can call the iD Mobile Sales Team directly on 0207 1391 397.

Thank you. Can you confirm if carphone warehouse or id mobile needed to speak to me. They would email me or call from their own customer service number? My order has been in processing from 9pm last night with no update yet. Thank you for your help

I’m afraid no one here can help. You should call the iD Mobile sales team; they’ll be able to give you the status of your order.
