Hi I ordered a phone last night via carphone warehouse through id mobile. I recieved one email to say the order is being processed and nothing since. I have recently had a missed call from 0116 489 0020 in Leicester. This number is coming up as a mobile scam and not to answer on google. I have not had any emails from carphone warehouse since last night and I’m aware their customer service number is not this number so I have not called back due to fear of it being a scam. I have also not recieved any other emails from last night or from carphone warehouse to contact them. As I’m sure if that was them calling me, they would have emailed me by now to contact them. Can you please confirm this as this number says online not to answer, it’s a scam. Seeing as I have had no emails to contact them also I am worried to answer or call that number back

I am so sorry to hear of what has happened. What we can suggest is getting in touch with Carphone Warehouse directly by calling them on 0330 678 1447, they will be able to look into your order and see what needs to be done or if there are any issues with the order.
