I switched my number but am not receiving texts

I switched my number to ID using a PAC code, I've been told it is complete and have restarted my phone. But I am still not receiving texts

I’m very sorry to hear that you are still not receiving texts after restarting your phone. Could you please confirm whether you have inserted your iD Mobile SIM card?

As you’ve already restarted your phone, please try the following steps:

Turn your phone off and on again after 10–15 minutes.

Remove and reinsert your SIM card, if possible.

Check your network settings to ensure iD Mobile is showing as your network.

Try sending a text to your own number to see if it comes through.

Type ‘talk to a person’ when you open the dialogue box to bypass the chatbot.
Please be patient as the agents handle a few conversations at any one time so there will be a delay in connecting with an available agent and also any replies to your query.

 

If you let us know what phone you have that would help narrow down the problem.
