I was misled by you during my contract renewal.

I was misled during my contract renewal. I was promised a tablet, but I haven't received anything. I have contacted you numerous times regarding this matter, but I keep getting brushed off. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service and request a Letter of Deadlock.
