I would like to transfer my old number

Hello, I have moved to ID but during a account setup I didn't transfer the number as I have just paid for my old plan. It comes to the end of my old contract and now I'd like to transfer the number but I'm not sure how. Can someone give me a instructions or direct me to the right place.

We can certainly help you with transferring your existing number to iD Mobile. Our Live Chat team can assist you with the port-in process and advise you on the steps you need to take.

Once you are connected, type “speak to a human” or “speak to an agent” so you can be connected with an advisor. Let them know that you already have an iD Mobile contract and would now like to port your existing number in.

The advisor will then be able to guide you through the process and make sure everything is set up correctly.
