ID app does not recognise my Vodafone number and I don't have a temporary number to use from my SIM pack

Hi @Clairerids,

If the iD Mobile app isn't recognising your number and you don't have the temporary number from your SIM pack, you can try finding the number on your phone:

For iPhone:

Go to Settings.
Tap Phone.
Check the "My Number" section.

For Android:

Go to Settings.
Tap About Phone or About Device.
Look for Phone Number or SIM Status.

You can also try:

Calling or texting a friend or family member and asking them which number appears.
Checking the welcome email you received when you joined iD Mobile, as the temporary number is often included there.

If you're still unable to find the number, please let us know and we'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
