I have just ordered a new sim, I texted PAC so I was able to switch my number into ID mobile however I got a text message saying that my current number is going to be terminated, What shall I do now? I have also called my current Sim however they will not pick up. I do not want to terminate my correct number. I want to switch it to ID mobile.
