ID mobile - how to keep my current number

Is there someone I can speak to? I have tried registering but I am asked for my mobile number. If I put in my current number (With another server) it is rejected. If I enter the ID mobile number, I am told that a text has been sent to that number but I don’t have access to it. Help!!

Hello Zandile,

, Sounds plausible but I can’t get that far.

Once I enter my ‘New’ mobile number, last name & DOB, and press ‘Save’, I get a message to say I’ve been sent a text. This message is obviously going to the new temporary number, so I don’t receive it.
