I went to currys shop and the guy gave me replacement sim. But same issue. Data works but can't make a call or receive calls. And something the network bars just disappears.

Can I cancel my contract before it's too late. ?

Hi @Wallyb ,

Kindly be advised that this is because our SIM card isn't compatible with your device, so you'll be unable to use our services. I'd suggest trying the SIM in another device to see if it works.
