ID Website has problem

New to ID, I have the welcome email and filled in the form on the website to keep my mobile number but the site comes back with “oops there was a problem”.

It gave no indication of what the problem might be.

I have filled in the form 3 times checking very carefully that it was correct but the result has been the same 3 times.

Is this the level of service at ID?

Thanks so much for reaching out, and welcome to iD Mobile! I’m really sorry to hear you’ve had trouble submitting the form to keep your mobile number , I completely understand how frustrating that must be, especially as a new customer.

 To transfer your number, you’ll need a PAC from your previous provider (text PAC to 65075), then fill in our Keep My Number form with your PAC, old number, and iD Mobile number. If the form still shows an error, please reach out via Facebook, Instagram, Live Chat, Community, or email us at socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk, we’d love the chance to help and get things sorted for you.

iD Mobiles’ porting form is notoriously unreliable. Try using a different web browser. Otherwise, contact a live chat agent and they’ll schedule the port for you.
