    Hi @Lama123dino,

I'm sorry to hear you were having trouble accessing Live Chat.

We were aware of an issue where Live Chat was unavailable and could sometimes load as a blank white screen.

The good news is that the issue has now been resolved and Live Chat should be back up and running.

If you're still experiencing problems, try clearing your browser cache or opening Live Chat in a different browser. Otherwise, please try again and you should be able to connect as normal.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    Regards,
