I’ve just set up an eSIM on my new iPhone 16 Pro Max and I’m having issues with calls.
- I can receive calls.
- I can make some outgoing calls (e.g. to my wife), but others (e.g. to my daughter and to 7777/333) fail instantly with “Call Failed.”
- I’ve also been receiving JibeRCS verification codes that I didn’t request.
- When I turn off the “Travel Plan” option in my Mobile Service settings, the eSIM loses all service and I can’t make or receive any calls.
It seems like my eSIM has only been partially provisioned, and is being treated as a roaming/travel profile instead of a normal UK line.
Could you please:
- Fully re-provision my eSIM.
- Ensure my line is set up correctly for all outgoing calls and messaging services.
