issues transfering my number to ID

I tried to tranfer my old number to ID mobile. I entered my PAC and Transaction number but still got an error message, saying that there is an issue with the information provided.

i’m having a problem tranfering my number from Lebara mobile into ID, first they gave me a date 06/01/26 and than 08/01/26 and now today 12/01/2026, nothing happen so far i guess i have to wait till 22:00 tonight if nothing happen i will contact them tomorrow via chat services. 😪

I’m really sorry about how frustrating this has been, I completely understand why you’re disappointed after being given multiple transfer dates.
 

When a number is being transferred from another network (like Lebara), the port can sometimes be delayed if the previous provider hasn’t fully released the number yet. If today’s date (12/01/2026) was confirmed as the latest port date, the transfer can complete at any point up until late this evening, so it’s still worth waiting until the end of today.

If nothing has changed by tomorrow, please do contact us again via Live Chat so we can chase this directly with our porting team and Lebara.

Hi, my new number hasn’t been transferred last night as i was told ( first transfer date 06.01.2026), no text message for update or new date. i will contact customer service via chat for update. Lebara has transferred the number to ID because the line is on engage mode i hope this will be sorted out soon!
