It's not possible to sign up for an ID Mobile account online because of a glitch

It’s not possible to register for an ID Mobile account online for a new customer because there’s a glitch in the ID Moblie website, which comes up with that annoying message ‘Oops something’s gone wrong’. Very irritating. Usual crap.

If it doesn’t work in your current browser, it may help to try a different one, or open the page in an incognito/private window.

 

When registering, enter your email address first and then follow the on-screen instructions.
