This Live-chat doesn’t work for the reward, the bot doesn’t find the matter and stays in a infinite loop

Hi @sminamioka,

Thank you for getting in touch, and I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing Live Chat. I understand how frustrating it is when the chatbot gets stuck in a loop.

You can try the following to access one of our Live Chat agents:

Visit the iD Mobile Help & Support page https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat .
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Live Chat.
