    If you have recently placed an order for an iPhone 17 and have now seen a better deal, you may still be able to cancel the order before the phone is delivered and place a new order with the preferred deal instead.

    We would recommend contacting our Sales or Customer Services Team on 0800 049 0250 or via our customer service live chat at https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat as soon as possible so they can check the status of the order and advise whether cancellation is still possible before dispatch.

    If the order has already been dispatched, you would still have the option to return the device within the returns period once received.
