I just joined ID Mobile this morning, i have now got a PAC code from my current supplier but as i have already checked out i cant find how to sent it to you? I have also tried to login/register but can’t get past the 3rd stage as it says it does not recognise my number. Do i need to set up a direct debit with my bank? When will the direct debit be taken as i have not been advised? Please help, sorry, i am panicking & out of my depth! Thanks

Hi, thanks for getting back to me.

I got a ‘thank you for your order’ email & then an ‘order update email’.

I have since then ‘created an account’ but cant seem to get further than entering my surname, date of birth & phone number as it does not recognise something.

    Thanks
