Keep having to reset password on ID community

I believe there's a bug on the ID mobile community... I have to keep resetting my password for the community despite my community account and actual ID mobile account use the same credentials.

 

Main account continues to work, but I go to login to the community and get invalid username/password despite only resetting it a few days ago, to the exact same password I set 2 days ago, then I can login again

I’m sorry you’re having trouble with the Community login. Here are a few steps that usually help:

-Make sure you’re using the same email and password as your main iD Mobile account

-Try resetting your password using the “Forgot Password” link.

-Clear your browser cache and cookies, or try logging in using a different browser or device.

-Use a private/incognito browser window and disable any ad blockers or extensions.

-f possible, try logging in through the iD Mobile app.
 

If it still doesn’t work, please let us know the device, browser, and error message, and we can investigate further.
