keep mobile number

I would like to upgrade. I found a deal on another website that uses ID Mobile network. I’m already currently an ID mobile customer so I can’t use a PAC code to transfer my number over. I would like to keep my number, please can you let me know how I can do this?

Hi @Vicki Hayes,

Unfortunately, this isn't possible.

iD Mobile does not support internal number transfers, so if you take out a new iD Mobile contract through another retailer using the iD Mobile network, you won't be able to transfer your existing iD Mobile number onto that new iD Mobile plan using a PAC code.
