keep new number

I have requested to port my old number from my sky contract to my new id contract but I would prefer keep my new id number, can the request be cancelled?

Thank you for your message.

 

If the switch hasn’t been processed yet, you should be able to cancel it and continue using your new number with iD. However, if the transfer has already been completed, it won’t be possible to reverse it.

Could you please confirm your transfer date so we can advise you further?
