I have got a new contract with ID mobile but I want to keep my number from O2. I have already set the phone up but transferred my O2 eSIM to my new phone just so I could set things up quicker. Now I need to do the PAC code but when I try to log in on the ID mobile app, it is asking me for the phone number on the account to send a confirmation text which is the one ID Mobile have given me but obviously I’m not going to get a text because I didn’t set that number up. What do I do now?

@Cherelle96  Welcome there a few options to try, you could go to a Curry's store with ID driving licence or passport as prove of identity and get a physical sim card and ask them to set you up while in store.

Option. 2 call sale on +44 20 7139 1397 Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm weekend lines closed a bit earlier and explain your matter.

Option 3 use Live Chat via Web browser or IDMobile app here's the link. In the message box type in, To speak to someone.
