keeping your mibile number with idmonile

I have a PAC number and have followed all instructions

your app crashes after submitting your number you wish to keep and your pac

your website doesn’t crash but when presented with the date tool to choose a day to switch it does not allow you to select a date 

seen many other users reporting same problem but the response from yourselves had always been “I will send a private message”

please can you advise on the solution
