I purchased this sim for the data onlyelement to watch TV & use my laptop via WiFi on my boat. I already have a mobile account with another provider which I am not transfering to idmobile.
You keep asking me to sign in which I cannot do as you want to text a code to my idmobile phone which is not connected so we cannot communicate with each other.
Please advise if I have bought the wrong type of sim or if not how to log into my account another way.
