I'm new here and just had email about McAfee but I DONT WANT IT how do I make sure I'm NOT signed up for it please

Thanks for getting in touch and welcome to iD Mobile.

No problem at all if you don’t want McAfee, we can help make sure you’re not signed up.

If you’ve just received an email, it may simply be a promotional offer rather than something that’s been added to your account. McAfee isn’t usually applied unless you’ve actively chosen to add it.

To be sure, you can:

Log into your iD Mobile app or account online
Go to your add-ons or extras section
Check if McAfee is listed there

If it’s not showing, then you’re not subscribed and don’t need to do anything.

      Thank you that's very helpful of you. I joined 2 weeks ago my spare phone on 25th then transferred my main phone from Vodafone on 26th both plans are monthly SIM.

      Everyone s tried to help i cannot see and look at bills for BOTH PHONES it only gets me look at one as the green dot  shows active the other number just sits there not active.

      I have to delete one and try and add the other one for quick look at other bill then Delete that one so I can see main number again.

      I thought if you had 2 numbers listed you would be able to click on any one of them to view it.

      Sorry if this is long and confusing like me I'm fed up with it sorry
