missing an id mobile number

How do I find my id mobile number I tried ringing family and friends so it would come up unfortunately that didn’t work and I need to be able to log into the app so I can transfer my old number over I have an eSIM and need to do this as soon as possible and I go to university in 3 days

the email I had off id mobile does not have a temporary number I need help ASAP

Hey there @Meggymoos, the iD Mobile number should come up when you call/text someone unless you’ve already transferred your number over, then your transferred number would show up.

The iD number should be included in your welcome to iD email when you first joined. However, if not received, please contact us via live-chat or our social media pages on Twitter/X or Facebook, and we’ll be able to get that for you.
