Missing Welcome Email - When Will My Number Transfer?

I signed up to iD Mobile on 31st March and selected 10th April (I believe) for my old number to transfer over. I provided my PAC code. My number doesn’t appear to have transferred and I can’t find my welcome email so I have no documentation. I did receive emails about my DD and I received a confirmation with my order number but not the welcome email and I have checked my spam folder. Please could you resend this and help me find out what is happening with the number migration. Many thanks!
