Motorhome sim

My motorhome needs a physical SIM card. Upon receiving it, i need to have it ‘approved’ by idmobile via a text to a phone, with the SIM card in the phone. My phones only have eSIMs. I have no phones or iPads, etc which will take the physical sim. How else can I ensure that idmobile enables the SIM card?

    Hi ​@Saffy60  you can pop the SIM in any other handset to receive the code.

    Can I ask how the SIM card is to be used the the motorhome? I am pretty sure that wouldn’t be on our list of approved devices 🤣

    I’m afraid we only officially support our SIMs in mobile phone devices.
