Move from 1 month to 12 month plan

So I’m looking to move to ID Mobile - I want to try a 1 month plan, see what the coverage/speed is like at home and if everything is OK then move to a 12 month plan. Presume there is no issue doing this, no new number or anything required to move?

    Thank you for your question.

    If you're a completely new customer and are taking out a new contract, you'll need to have been on your current plan for at least six months before you're eligible to switch to a 12-month contract.

    Once you're eligible, there shouldn't be any issues with making the switch, and you'll be able to keep your existing mobile number.

    So I can’t do a 1 month plan and then move to a 12 month plan if I’m happy with the service?

    Hi ​@mcvpjd3,

     

    You will need to be on the 1 month plan for at least 6 moths before you change to a 12 month plan.
