moving from EE to ID mobile

I have just received my PAC from EE and I want to retain my number as I have started the conversation to move to ID mobile can I confirm what next I need to do to get this done and I was advised I would get a sim delivered to my address and a cheque of £45 till date I have not received any

Sorry to hear about the confusion, I’ll be happy to help clarify things for you.

 

Firstly, regarding your PAC code, once you’ve received your iD Mobile SIM, you can submit your PAC and transfer your number either through your iD Mobile account online/app, or by contacting our Live Chat team who can do it for you.

 

In terms of your SIM delivery, this is usually sent via Royal Mail and should arrive within 2–3 working days after your order has been accepted, so it may still be on its way.

 

Regarding the £45 cheque, could you let us know which offer or promotion this relates to? Once we have a bit more detail, we can point you in the right direction.

Why can’t I get a number to call and resolve this once and for all.
