Moving old number over

Hi

How do I transfer my old number to my new ID Sim? I gave my PAC code when I ordered but I'm completely lost as to when and how it will transfer over. The email and text messages send me in a loop saying the date isnt specified? Do I need tk do it manually? How would I go about that?
